HANEYA identifies the inconsistencies based on the new Business rule set, Data model changes, and Business Process changes in S/4 HANA. In all the cases, we review the master data inconsistencies by each object. There three types of inconsistences, we derive suing HANEYA tool – inconsistencies with existing data based on the proven business rules, changed fields / data elements - new data model with changed tables from ECC to S/4 HANA, and New fields introduced in S/4 HANA. The resolution is three fold: business rules inconsistencies are resolved by Automation, while changed fields and new fields are resolved via guided master data process.
- HANEYA identifies the inconsistencies based on the new Business rule set, Data model changes, New Data Models, and Process changes in S/4 HANA . The business Rule Sets will be maintained in a customization framework, so clients can customize their business rules based on their business practices, regulations and laws.
- HANEYA makes changes automatically via Mass change and other data tools where the data sets are system driven i.e. the rules known to the tool.
- Where business process input is required, HANEYA identifies the inconsistencies and list output of inconsistencies to the Data Stewarts.
- The Data Stewart or Data Custodian make changes for the designated master data objects in the system and then, Haneya will automate the process of uploading the changes.
- HANEYA provides Cleansing Audits, so that Business Users can cleanse the data before it is migrated to S/4 HANA
